'Hey, why did you decide to start a website in the first place?'
 

Well, I’ll confess that I do spend a lot of time on the computer, and I am in love with Jesus. I think it’s just from a position of gratitude that I decided it would be cool to share what I’ve discovered with other people who might be interested in the Good News about God and His desire to have a relationship with us.
 

'But what makes you think you even know enough about God to be able to speak for Him through a website?'
 

I don’t claim to know the mind of God. I’d be an idiot to claim that, as a simple human, I could ever understand everything that there is to know about a vast, complex, all-knowing God. But I do think that you can learn a lot about God from what He has revealed to us in the scriptures. As a result, while we may not know EVERYTHING that can be known about God, we can learn enough to make a decision related to His existence and His desire for our lives. We really owe it to ourselve to ask the tough questions about who we are and who God might be. We hope that this section will help you think deeply about the Creator of the Universe.
 

'But aren’t there lots of competing ideas about God, even among Christians?'
 

Yeah, I guess that’s pretty much true. But I don’t expect this site to be the end of a journey, just the beginning. Our stuff here isn’t source material; it’s just an honest effort to understand what God’s telling us in His Word (the true source of our material). I would just hope that people who are entertaining the possibility of starting a relationship with God would take a few minutes to read the stuff on this site, then begin their own investigation, searching through the pages of the Bible, seeking the God of the Universe…
