Attending to What's Inside
This message was written for an adult congregation, and, unlike the other messages in our series, it was preached without any electronic media (props and objects) were utilized). It is designed around a comparative study of three passages of scripture in an effort to encourage believers to develop a true hunger for the things of God. We examined the apparent 'contradictions' in the Bible passages and learned how to empty out our past, present and future into the hands of a loving God who promises to be found, if only we will seek Him. The message is also designed around the true story of a young bank robber who lived out the principles of the message. |
